Service Charge Term
We DO NOT charge any service fee as we are the real provider of the apartments (Not a agency!). water, gas, electricity, management fee, cleaning once a week, bedding, sheets and towels are all included in the price.

Normal Stay & Price
1. The normal lease is 18 nights by standard price
2.Short term rental can be considered in two part time: (1) August 1--17 (2) August 17-31 .
Longer rental can get a better price! Please contact us by Email for more details.

Security Deposit
All the apartments request tenant to pay the indoor facilities deposit . The deposit will be requested according to the different apartments¡¯ indoor condition and be refunded after check apartment is undamaged at the day of departure.

Prepayment for your reservation
At present, we only accept the Bank Transfer as your payment option

Remaining balance
You will be asked to pay the remaining balance When you arrive at your reserved apartment and the refundable security deposit should be paid in CASH on check in.

The accommodation rules and regulations
(1). All the communities¡¯ rules and regulations should be complied please. The tenants MUST not make any loudly noises between 24:00 and 09:00; loudly music and parties are FORBIDDEN! In the event that you do not follow the above mentioned rules and regulations to make the neighbours complain and call the police, it will be result in immediate eviction. As well as result in loss the prepaid rental and refundable damage deposit.

(2). the tenant should guarantee that won¡¯t engage in any violation of Chinese law and regulations in the period of living the apartment;

(3).Tenants should comply with the regulations of security, fire, and other relevant safe regulations which are established by the district administration;

(4) Tenants should take effective protective measures in their power to protect the apartment against from the internal fires, floods, storms or storm damage which is caused by indoor live person. Please ensure the windows and doors safe clearance in inclement weather.

(5). If there is any damage on indoor facilities which is caused by tenants, they should be responsible for compensation.

Many tourists will be in during the period of the 2008 Olympics and our apartments will be reserved soon. Thus, we advise an early reservation to avoid disappointment
